My Passions

I’m passionate about photo art – I love to explore unknown destinations with my camera at the ready to capture stories, emotions, beauty, chaos, life.  I’m also passionate about photographic post production and using the power of software to enhance a photograph into a sublime work of art.  I’m still developing my talent and am excited to be winning awards and selling my work at exhibitions.

If you love photo art, you are invited to view my full portfolio at RedBubble

I have been exploring Improvised acting since July 2011 and belong to a Cape Town based Improv Comedy troupe called “The Long Shots”.  We perform once a month to live audiences.  Everything we do is completely made up from audience suggestions.  Please join The Long Shots Facebook group to learn about our next performances.

I believe that Improv skills are highly effective in both coaching work and organizations.  This skill enhances our listening, our confidence and our ability to innovate and respond in the now.  Please let me know if I can provide more information about bringing Improv workshops to your workspace.

Acro Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and I am qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher.  I have traveled to India several times following the paths of my yoga guru’s.  More recently, I have discovered Acro Yoga – a combination of acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage.  I’m hooked!

Acro Yoga is about communication, empowerment, strength and imagination.  Please let me know if I can provide more information about bringing Acro Yoga workshops to your workspace.
